During the course we will make 2 quilt blocks a week while focusing on the wellness topics. With 26 quilt blocks that is 3 months of weekly instruction. You can choose which layout you would like to make your quilt. BONUS Bed Runner Layout included in the course too!

Traditional Quilt Blocks with a Modern Twist
The Live Well Live Strong Quilt is a skill building course along with a study of uplifting topics about Women’s Health. You will create 26 traditional quilt blocks that correspond to 26 reflections of women’s health and wellness. Our goal is to create an environment for incremental growth in quilting and life.
Deanna’s uplifting personality will keep you motivated along with an inner circle community of women from around the world as you make the Live Well Live Strong Quilt together.
Quilt block meanings include Shine, Hope, Choice, Belong, Boundaries, Freedom, Self-Care, Balance, Self-Reliance, Movement, Fuel, Love, Calm, Safety, Power, Routine, Content, Genuine, Strength, Growth, Mindful, Freedom, Industry, Acceptance, Leisure and Healing. As you piece these blocks together, we will focus on quilt piecing & block meanings.
There are 26 unique units to create each quilt block in the quilt. Build your color selection, rotary cutting, piecing skills, matching outside 1/4 inch seam allowances while studying quilting in a modern approach. You will learn how to square your quilt block up with illustrations, worksheets, discussions, videos and zoom classes as support through the course.
